steady progress

Rain is steadily improving. Tonight she was out of bed for over 2 hours. Long enough to eat dinner and watch 2 episodes of the masked singer. 

I met the interi rep this afternoon (they make the drains she has) and got 4 more units because I'm about to hook up the last one and if there's an issue I won't have a spare to swap out. Monday rain goes in for her first post-op check up. I'm hoping they'll take the drains out but I suspect that the right one is still draining too much for that, but that's ok. The left one is not draining much at all so it is probably healed a bit better, or was less damaged during surgery.
